As producer, Sinem possesses a powerful blend of creative vision, meticulous organization, and budgeting expertise. With experience managing projects under resource constraints, she ensured high production value while staying within budget. One of her notable projects, "Reality Heist" (2022), garnered several awards, including Best Sci-fi Film at Cannes Shorts. Her project “Mantis” (2022) also played at BAFTA qualifying festivals such as Aesthetica and Rhodes. In addition to adept budget management, she excels in assembling skilled and dedicated teams that resonate with the project's creative vision. Sinem currently works as a tutor at NFTS. Drawing from her past business experience, she quickly adapted to the film industry and has delivered over 50 projects, some of which have received BAFTA awards.

Whether selecting directors, cinematographers, or production designers, she possesses a discerning eye for talent, crucial to bringing scripts to life and ensuring project success. Her expertise extends beyond filmmaking; she also boasts a robust background in catering and supply chain management. With a flourishing catering business and a master's degree in supply chain management, she honed skills in resource allocation, cost control, and logistical planning. Her profound understanding of streamlining operations, negotiating favourable contracts, and proficient budget management empowers me to identify cost-saving opportunities and make informed decisions that enhance production finances. Driven by a passion for storytelling, she is confident in navigating the complexities of film production and bringing captivating stories to life.
